Strategy
Portfolio allocation of DQS Absolute Return Fund:

| Index models | on stock indices |
| Stock models | on stocks listed on exchanges in The United States and Europe |
| Futures models | on currencies, bonds, metal, energy and commodity futures | volatility arbitrage | arbitrage between index options and stock options |
The quantitative models used can be divided into: pattern recognition, short term reversal, medium and long term trend following and break-out models.
The use of the above-mentioned mix of assets and models creates a very diversified portfolio. All models are 100% quantitative and are strictly executed without human interpretation. Only market data is used as an input for the models; fundamental data is only used to make a pre-selection of the stocks. The fund can take both long and short positions.
DQS Fund uses options as instrument to execute the volatility arbitrage model. All other models use stocks and futures as trading instrument. Exceptionally options can also be used for these models, provided that this does not increase the risk being taken.
DQS Absolute Return Fund does not use any relative value or macroeconomic models.
