Team

The management team consists of:

Kees Collee (1951) – Fund manager
After receiving his degree in chemical engineering, Kees Collee started working on the Amsterdam Options Exchange (NYSE Euronext) in 1984. He started as a market maker, and later became a director of a market makers firm. In this position he was responsible for risk management and training of new market makers. In 1991 he started his own firm. From 1995 onwards, Kees worked on developing quantitative trading models. Prior to creating the fund, he traded these models for his own account.

 

 

John Hoek (1963) – Fund manager
After receiving his bachelor degree in economics, John Hoek started working for NIBC in 1987, where he was employed on the Amsterdam Options Exchange (NYSE Euronext) from 1988 as a broker. After a few years he became a market maker. Together with his co-director he started the European branch of Stafford Trading Inc. in 1996, where he was also responsible for risk management. This successful project culminated in a market makers firm with thirty traders in four countries. Prior to the inception of the fund, he worked at All Options International as manager of quantitative research.

 

Dick Siekman (1950) – General Manager
Dick Siekman has an MA Economics, Register Accountant (NIVRA) and MBA INSEAD (1980). He has 30 years’ business experience including auditing, consulting, finance and economics, and management in staff-, line- and chief executive positions at medium to large listed companies.
